Shipping & returns

A standard flat rate fee per delivery and re-delivery will apply. The delivery fee is non-refundable unless the goods fail to comply with the consumer guarantee provisions of the Australian Consumer Law.

We will be using third party logistic firms for all of our shipping. Delivery lead time will vary depending on your location. Please choose and submit your order carefully as you are charged for the delivery each order placed through our website. Delivery charges for your order depend on the type of product you order (in particular, the size and weight of the product).

Time frame of the delivery after accepting the order will be 5 to 15 business days (exclude weekend and public holidays) depending of the product availability. Take note, product that is not available will take 6 weeks from the time of placing the order.

Sydney Paint Warehouse arranges for the deliveries within Australia and overseas. You will be provided with an estimated delivery time when you checkout from placing your order. The estimated delivery times represent working days (exclude weekend and public holidays). Normal delivery is within one (1) to fourteen (14) working days from the date of payment of your order, depending on freight services to your locality, and the time of receipt of your order. We will make every effort to deliver your product within the estimated delivery time but the actual delivery times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. You must agree to comply with certain delivery requirements specified below and such other requirements that we notify you when you place your order. You can also keep track of your orders current status through our website. If your product has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us.Please be aware that we subcontract third party company to deliver your purchased product please refer to their conditions on their website shown on your shipping details.

Your ordered product will be delivered to your nominated address unless otherwise advised.

Please note that all parcels will require a signature upon delivery. If there's no authorised person at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, then the delivery driver will leave a card and the parcel will be returned to the nearest office of the logistics company for you to collect.

We will make every attempt to deliver goods within the estimated timeframe however please beware that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or factors that are beyond our control. Find out more about our delivery process.
