Allbäck Linseed Oil Paint contains no solvents and consist only of cleaned, sterilised linseed oil and natural pigments. Linseed Oil is 100% natural material and when sterilised and cleaned correctly will provide the basis for paint products of high technical features, excellent drying time, competitive cost and most importantly remove nasty odours and VOC's associated with plastic and alkyd paint products.
Allback Primer is specifically useful on porous surfaces: Drywall, plaster and wood. With the Allback primer you can use the exterior organic linseed oil paint even on an interior drywall or plaster surface. Can also be used with the Allback interior fire safe flat paint.
Primer for interior/exterior applications. Zero VOC. Alcohol Free. 100% Organic.
Allback Primer is used while puttying to wipe (brush) the glass clean - use a soft brush.
Raw Linseed Oil perfect for glazing and filling cracks in timber.
Warning: Thoroughly wash all rags you use to apply the oils, putty or wax to ensure they don't self-ignite as they dry.
Allback Shellac is simply the best product to apply to any wood knots, before you start painting with your linseed paint. Apply shellac around rebates before glazing - this prevents putty from drying out and also prevents linseed oil from affecting silicon seals on double glazing units..
Allback Zinc Oxide is important to ensure that you add Zinc Oxide, when applying the first coat of Allback Linseed Paint on external surfaces. This should not exceed 20% (parts per volume) of the first coat of paint. The purpose of the Zinc Oxide is to create a barrier against possible mould growth. Please ensure the paint is mixed thoroughly to avoid drying problems, its application should be worked onto the timber very thinly and thoroughly. It is only necessary to add this to the first initial coat of paint, however, it can also be added to any subsequent coats and will not greatly affect the colour of the paint if mixed correctly.
For existing painted surfaces where mould growth has become apparent, clean the surface with Linseed Soap and apply one more coat of the original paint, including Zinc Oxide.
