Carried out to State and Environmental Authority guidelines (AS4361). Before 1978 lead was used as a pigment and drier in oil-based paint; peeling or chalking lead paint is a hazard to children and contaminates soil. We remove it from site, dispose of the waste correctly and provide chain-of-custody documentation.

Jos Rotosoft low-pressure micro-abrasive cleaning for sensitive façades and monuments where chemicals are not appropriate. Creates minimal dust and is easily contained.
